Volunteers

We could not function without our dedicated volunteers. No matter what your interest or skills we can use your help. Some volunteers help with garden maintenance, others help with historical research or event planning etc. Master Gardener and Master Naturalist volunteer hours are credited under the Constellation of Living Memorials project. In Fall 2023, the historic Western Heights Cemetery received $20,000 in grants through the Constellation of Living Memorials
from the Texas Historical Foundation and the Summerlee Foundation. We are proud to be a star in the Constellation, working together to preserve history, restore ecology, and engage the community.
